Papers here are submitted to eSS for publication as eSS Research Papers. They will go through a dual review process. They are posted under ‘Papers Open To Referee’ for comments and will also be sent to independent reviewers. Revised papers will be published as eSS Research Papers and posted under ‘Published Papers’.
Papers Open To Review
Papers are available for comment for a period of approximately 45 days from the date of posting. Please post your comments on the paper by clicking on the relevant button. Comments should be to the point and well substantiated and may not be longer than 150 words. Personal comments will be deleted. All comments are subject to minor editing after posting.

These papers have been through a dual review process and have been revised or otherwise as required. Published papers are open for discussion. Please use Advanced Search for locating particular papers.

Submit Papers
Papers, no more than 8,000 words may be posted as MS Word or .pdf files. Fill in all the required author/s details; browse for the paper on your desktop/laptop and click to submit paper. You will receive an acknowledgment on receipt of the paper. Submitted and acknowledged papers will appear on the screen within /two days/. Authors will be sent independent referees’ comments directly within /45 days/ along with other details for submitting the revised version. Please note that authors are expected to submit the revised papers for publication under the eSS Research Papers in a reasonable time specified in the letter to the author. Papers not accepted for publication will remain on the list of submitted papers, but no comments/discussion on them will be entertained. Please refer to the Paper no. in all correspondence.
